So even if you qualified, you’d be cutting how many properties you buy down to small fraction of what it should be.

And this is completely intentional! They’re denying you ON PURPOSE!

Years ago, I began buying houses. Within four months I’d bought 15 units, and things were really looking good!
But the banks didn’t see it that way…
All they cared about was that I had “too many” Mortgages on my credit.

I had no choice but to dig deep and find the funding I needed to do this business.
So rather than panic, I got to work…
I read every book available on Real estate financing, looked at hundreds of lenders, and consulted with every Real Estate and Finance expert I could find to come up with the perfect financing source for Real Estate.
Nothing was working out…
My list of requirements was pretty long, and it seemed like I’d never get funding before I lost these deals… and my deposits!
Finally, frustrated and mad as heck, I gave up on what the so-called “experts” told me. I needed time to think, to clear my head, focus, and come up with my own solution.
One cold, windy November morning I was sitting on a bench, I was looking out over the windswept Atlantic Ocean…
…wondering how I was going to get out of this mess…
Then it struck me like a thunderbolt!
Pretty much everyone is unhappy with the tiny interest rates the bank pays, while charging you many times that much when you want to borrow from them.
And the stock market with it’s ups and downs is no picnic either.
But Real Estate is “safe as houses” as they say…
So I knew there had to be TONS of people, right in my hometown, who would love to earn a better return on a safer investment by funding my deals.
I leaped up from that cold metal bench and ran to my car. I KNEW this was going to change things in a big way!
The problem was, I didn’t know anyone back then with that kind of money to lend! And I didn’t want to break any laws about offering investments, or tick off the Government.
So how to find these Private Lenders’ in my area, without hassling my family or getting in trouble with the Government, or any of that?
Just as time was running out, I followed a hunch, and used a unique idea to “follow the money” to find Private Financing for my deals.
Almost immediately, I found a Lender who would loan based on the equity in the property, not my credit or provable income.
They didn’t ask about my credit, didn’t even care.
Proof of income? Didn’t matter.
All they cared about was the value of the property.
When I paid them back, they got their principle back plus interest. If I didn’t pay they’d get the property at a fraction of its value. They really didn’t care which.
They even funded quickly!
With no application, no paperwork, and no committee approval, there’s no long wait.
Even better, how much I borrowed was based on the value of the house, not what I was buying it for.
That meant I could borrow more than I needed, and pick up a check the day I bought the house!
To make a long story short…
